Hello, I have an issue on Outlook 2013 on my desktop Windows 10. My Calendar works on my Outlook 2013, but it does not sync with my calendar on my Outlook app on my iPhone. I have updated iPhone to ios 14.2. I confirmed in the Settings that Outlook app is syncing with the calendar. I confirmed that my correct Outlook account is signed in the Settings, and the password worked correctly there. On the desktop Windows 10, I noticed that in the Outlook 2013 Calendar section, in the center left, it says my Calendar is on "This Computer Only". I do not want it to be only on that computer, I want any changes I make on my Outlook 2013 to copy to my iPhone Outlook app. I do not know how to change that. In the Outlook 2013 backstage settings, it is currently set up as IMAP, without any of the Microsoft Exchanges types. How can I fix this, and how can I help any of you nice techs gain additional information into this issue? I am happy to be of help here, if someone knows how to fix this?

Thank you for this link, I know someone who was asking about how to do this. For me right now, I am not trying to sync my Google Calendar, I am trying to sync my Microsoft Outlook Calendar with itself. My Desktop does not sync to my phone, and nor to my MS Cloud. Again, thank you for the link! I may eventually send that to this other person who wanted to do that.

According to your description, seems that you encountered issues about IMAP email account not sync calendars items, right? If so, I'm afraid that it is normal and by design, IMAP email account indeed will not sync calendar items with its mail server, you could get more information about that via this article: what you can and cannot sync.
If you really want to sync your calendars in your Outlook desktop client to your Outlook for iOS app, personally, it is suggested for you to use Exchange email account(such as Outlook.com email account) and export your existed calendars items to the Exchange email account, then add the Exchange account to your Outlook for iOS app, calendars will be able to be synced.

Well, before we make a conclusion, would you mind telling me what email account you are using now? Office 365 email account, or others? We need to confirm if your email provider could support using Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Just as this article Can't sync calendar and contacts with my phone or tablet mentions, you must have an email provider that uses Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Otherwise, I'm afraid that you could not sync your calendars between devices as we wish.
The Microsoft Account I am using inside of Outlook 2013 is a Gmail.com email address. I receive my Gmail emails inside of Outlook 2013.
I read on LifeWire that Google Exchange ActiveSync no longer works on personal or free Google accounts, is this true? Is there any further information out there to confirm this? What 2nd article, other than the one I just mentioned, is out there? Do you have a link to a different source that also says I cannot use a personal or free Google account with Google Exchange ActiveSync? I WILL NOT make an Outlook.com Account. I must keep my Gmail address and use that.

I do did some research about your issue, but could only found this article: Use Gmail to support Exchange ActiveSync mentions that Organizations using Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) can set up email accounts and enforce basic password policies on Android devices through Gmail. And could not found other related documents. Since we may know little about Gmail account, you could try to contact Gmail support for more specific information about that.(Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.)
If personal Google accounts indeed could not support that and you really would not like to using other email accounts, I'm afraid there is no other ways to achieve it. Or maybe you could try the third-party tool @Khurram Rahim mentioned before as the last workaround.
