Appointment not rescheduled

Hi team,

Yesterday I rescheduled a Microsoft exam that was on November 19 and changed the date to December 22.

I received the confirmation email of the date change to December 22 but in my dashboard I see that the appointment still indicates that it is November 19 (please see the attached screenshot).

Could you help me with this issue? I'm not sure if the exam date was rescheduled correctly.
