Randomly the computer stopped staying logged in to my apps. My personal one drive and business Microsoft account get logged out every time I shut down the computer and sometimes just after being on the computer for a few hours. I have little to no tech experience, and I'm just trying to figure out how to fix it. Was there an update that didn't work well?

    @Jami Guido ,

    Besides this error code, is there any error message? Please provide a screenshot to help us further analysis.
    If there is error message related to "Trusted Platform Module", please refer to Geezer32's replies in this thread "Outlook 365 Trusted Platform Module error code 80090016", delete or rename folder C:\users\<user>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.

    I suggest you disable proxy temporarily if you have enabled it for a checking.
    You may open Internet Explorer browser > "Internet Options" > "Connections" tab > "LAN settings" > uncheck the option of "Use a proxy server for your LAN.
    For Windows 10, please also go to Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet > check the related settings of VPN and Proxy.

    If you have not enabled proxy, it's recommended to create a new local administrator account to have a test.

    Any updates, please let me know.
