Hi,

I'm currently facing some problems.
I would like to deploy the new Win10 20H2 via SCCM in a TaskSequence with multi language but since there are no longer the old .cab files I'm a bit lost right now.
I've tried to use the appx Experience packs but that doesn't work. Do you have any manual or information's on how to deploy mutli language Windows?
To be sure I'm talking about using one Win10 Image in en-us and only apply the language after the Win install in the TS
Currently we are using this method to install Win10 1809 with the language Pack for the different countries.

I apricate any support
Best regards
Morris

I haven't had a chance yet to download the Feature on Demand discs from VLSC, are you saying they don't supply cabs for 2004/20H2 to add additional languages?

EDIT: I just downloaded the Feature on Demand Discs from VLSC
I see the language cab files there. My assumption is that I'll be able to slip in the other languages I need using those cabs, just like I did for 1809 and 1909. (Starting with a Base of the en-US Media)

    @Morris

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Starting in Windows 10 version 1809 "October 2018 Update", Microsoft will discontinue language packs in the CAB format. AppX packages delivered via the Microsoft Store that enable users to experience Windows features like the File Explorer in the language of their choice. In Windows 10 version 1809, this will replace the CAB file for language packs.

I just read over this, and it's the best article I've read so far:
    https://sysmansquad.com/2020/06/08/language-packs-language-experience-packs-language-interface-packs-what/

What I don't like about 20H2, is this:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/language-packs-known-issue

That is going to cause me a large headache since we don't have access to the Store.
Now if you have access to the MS Store, sounds like you'll be alright.

@Morris Did you find a solution since then ? I'm trying to do it myself.
