target framework .net framework 5 in windows application not shown vs 2019 16.8.0

Hi Experts, yesterday after .net 5 release, i upgraded vs 2019 to 16.8.0 , downloaded
.net 5 x64 (dotnet-sdk-5.0.100-win-x64 (1).exe),x32 sdk but still i can not set my winform project to .net 5.0

can some body help me to do it.

under project application its only showing tranget frameworsk upto 4.8 only

    .NET 5 is .NET Core

    .NET 4.8 is the last framework

    Hi @Sushil Agarwal , tag small-basic-community-challenges is for Microsoft Small Basic program language. Your question seems about .NET . How about using tag not-supported? Thanks.
