Hybrid Cloud Print

Question

I have set up Hybrid Cloud print according to the guide provided by Zeng Yinghua https://www.scconfigmgr.com/2018/01/22/deploy-hybrid-cloud-print/

I have set it up using the default generated msappproxy.net as public url's for discovery and cloud print enterprise apps.

I am able to successfully finish all steps in the guide, except for the final step, PublishCloudPrinters from an Azure AD joined computer.

Error message:
System.Exception: Error requesting OAuth token. WebTokenRequestStatus: ProviderError, er
ror: 3399614475, message: AADSTS500011: The resource principal named (http:)//MopriaDiscoveryService/CloudPrint (brackets to avoid url) was not found in the tenant named xxxxx. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You might have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.
I have verified the tenant id and verified that the apps have api- permissons granted by a global admin.

Is there anyone else who has run into this issue?

Update:
I am now able to view the 'Search for Cloud Printers' option in settings on the Azure AD joined computer.
