Hotmail Exchange Server

I want to login into my Amazon Fire Email App with my Hotmail account. But when I try, an error popups up and says: "No connection could be made with the server and you are not allowed to synchronize with the server. Please contact a server administrator for more information".

Exchange-Server: m.hotmail.com

I can log in on any other device with my Hotmail account. Can I give any permission on my desktop to login in on my Amazon Fire Email App?
