Cannot Install Office Home and Business 2019 together with Access 2019 Volume License

Dear Microsoft Technical Team,

I've already install Access 2019 Volume License first on my new PC, and then install Office Home and Business 2019.
But it’s error and asking for uninstall Access first before, install Office Home and Business 2019.
My Questions is, can I install Ms. Access 2019 Volume License together with Office Home and Business 2019 on my new PC?

I suggest you open Access and go to File- Account and confirm the update channel for Access 2019:

As far as I know, all products installed on the computer must be using the same update channel.
Please check if Access 2019 and Office 2019 use the same update channel in PC, and let us know if you would like further assistance.

Any update on this? In same situation. 40 PC's with 2019 Home & Business retail on it. Just purchased 40 open licenses for Access 2019 since that is not part of Home & Business and we need to start using it but am getting the same error on the Microsoft Deployment Tool.
