    Hi,
1.Kindly confirm when did the issue occur? Is there any changes made before like installing patches and so on.

2.Please login to the server locally and check if any files under following path:
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\ Packages \ windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2txyewy \ LocalState \ Indexed \ Settings \
If it is empty, please try to copy from one of the working computer and paste to the same path.

3.Have you tried the "Troubleshoot search and index"? Any errors or problems detected?

Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.

    Thanks,
    Jenny

    Hello,

I have very similar problem - Index stops after several files. (index stops actually after 241 files, but on disk there are much more files...).

In Event Log is error after indexing starts:
"Službě Windows Search se nepodařilo zpracovat seznam zahrnutých a vyloučených umístění, a to s chybou <30, 0x80004005, file:///C:[135d227b-76da-49ca-a67d-572927a57046]\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\>."

    In English it could be:
"Windows Search failed to process the list of included and excluded locations with an error <30, 0x80004005, file:///C:[135d227b-76da-49ca-a67d-572927a57046]\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\>."

I've tried a lot of advices, such as SFC, DISM, repair office, reset indexing, "automatic problem solve", setup other directory for index, and also reboot server...

I've made also thread here (https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/cs-CZ/f8df8063-50b5-4f48-8474-3e0c7c93eaec/windows-server-search-indexing-stops-after-several-files), but no result...

Have anybody some advice how to index whole disk, please?

    Best regards,
    Martin Svoboda
