Hi,

i am having issues enrolling the developer program in the partner center.

I have an azure AD business account with own domain, but when i try to sign up for the Windows & Xbox developer program i get this message:

"Sign in with another account
You are signed in as redacted which is not associated with a Partner Center account."

How to solve this?

Appreciatively,
Petr

I'm having a similar issue. Our company has a Microsoft Partner account, which we use to sign our hardware drivers and submit them to Windows Update. We also enrolled in the CSP program. So, our account already has the "Hardware" and "CSP" programs listed on the dashboard home page.

Now, we want to publish our apps at the Windows 10 Store. In order to do that, we need to enroll in the "Windows & Xbox" developer program, correct? However, when I hit the big button called "Add a program" and choose "Windows & Xbox", I receive exactly the same message as the topic starter.

If I do the same with my personal Microsoft account, I don't receive the error, and the Dashboard takes me to payment options. However, we need to use our existing corporate account (which is already used for hardware driver signing).

    Any help?

I understand that you are facing issues in signing in as a Windows Developer in Windows Partner Center. I suggest you to refer the article Partner Center account FAQs and see if that helps

However, as the issue is related to Partner Center, we have a dedicated support team to look into this for you. I suggest you to post your query in MSDN forums, where we have participating developers and support professionals who are well equipped with the knowledge on this query to assist you with the appropriate details.

    Regards,

    Venkat.

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

According to the screenshot you shared, it looks like you haven't opened a developer account because this needs to sign in with a developer account.
Here is a document about how to open a developer account: Opening a developer account

Besides, for questions about the developer account, I'd suggest that you could ask in Register and Manage Account Forum.

    Thank you!
