My exam is not shown in PSI exam dashboard

I have scheduled an exam DA100 but when I click on start my exam/reschedule my exam in Microsoft certification dashboard, I am directed to PSI dashboard and this error appears:

You do not appear to have any exams that can be scheduled. If you believe you have received this message in error, or are experiencing issues with registering for or scheduling an exam, please visit our moderated <a href="https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All&status=all&mod=&modAge=&advFil=&postedAfter=&postedBefore=&threadType=All&isFilterExpanded=false&page=1" target="_blank">Microsoft Certification support forum</a>.

I have tried multiple browsers and attempts but still the same error is occurring.

I could neither take the exam nor reschedule it.

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
