How do I connect a web page with azurez devops to obtain the projects carried out by a user?

Hello, im new with the api rest of azure devops and i wanted to know how can i connect with azure devops to obtain the proyects that a user is carrying out.

I wanted to connect with the users credeentials to obtain the product backlog of a proyect where the user is participating.

I would appreciate if someone could help me out with this.
