No Required Updates for Windows 10 1803 in ConfigMgr

Hi All,

I have noticed that we have no Win 10 1803 devices that required any of the updates which have released by Microsoft even though we are having more than 75 Win 10 1803 devices. However, it seems everything is working fine with 1809, 1903, and 1909. I took one Win 10 1803 device in our environment and noticed that the device didn't update since last January 2020.

even though Microsoft has announced there are no more patch updates for Win 10 1803 after this November, I was keen to know what was the reason for this?

    Hi,

    You should look at compliance scan data instead. 1803 is no longer supported, but MS has been releasing CU updates so they should install. Look at scan status on these machines as it doesn’t seem normal for devices not to be patched for so long.

    Firstly, May we know how many devices are in Unknown status of the Win 10 1803 Software Updates?
    Secondly, you may go to the Win 10 1803 client to check if there are any errors in WUAHandler.log.
