Can SCCM 2007 be migrated to SCCM 2016 directly?

Hello all, my name is Gastón and this is my first question, in the company where I work, I was assigned the project to migrate SCCM 2007, it is currently running on Windows Server 2003 and I must migrate everything to Windows Server 2016, My question is : Can I directly migrate SCCM 2007 to 2016 or would be best to configure everything from scratch on the new server
This is my first migration and I don't have much experience in SCCM, you can help me with your recommendations and experience.

    Yes, we can migrate date from Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 to Configuration Manager current branch.

    We need to install a new platform with current branch, and then perform the migration.

    To be clear here, are you looking at moving the ConfigMgr site server to Windows Server 2016, Migrating ConfigMgr 2007 to ConfigMgr (Current Branch), or both?

    I expect both is the answer here as ConfigMgr 2007 hasn't been supported in about 2 years and there is no such thing as ConfigMgr 2016. The documentation linked to by @AllenLiu-MSFT will guide on this.
