For this issue, we suggest trying to reinstall the word app and launch again.
However, if the issue still persists, we appreciate your help to collect the following information:
- Check if it is success when this user launches other apps that are protected by the app protection policy.
- Check if it is success when another user login to launch the word app.
- Show screenshots of App protection policy setting and Conditional access policy setting we configured for this affected user.
- If this user login other iOS device, will the same issue happens?
