    Hi,
.Is there any changes made before this issue occurred?
.Did you try built-in troubleshooter for Search and Index?

."Failed to determine if the store is in the crawl scope" and "Failed to get the Crawl Scope Manager" are seemed to be problems related to outlook.

.Kindly backup your important data and try to rebuild the search index to see if it will fix.
