We have a Windows Server 2016 File Server in our environment. The users are complaining about getting their sessions auto disconnected randomly. We have run net config server /autodisconnect:-1 on the server but the issue still persists. Please help.

    Hi ,

Based on my understanding, the users are encountering the issue that the mapped drive will be disconnected randomly. Is that right? Please feel free to let me know if I have any misunderstanding.

How did you map network drive? Via GPO or manually?
