Setting Hello Pin requires an app from the microsoft store apparently

I have previously sent an error report, however it would not let me sign in as I sent it so I cannot follow up on the question.

My error is that when I go set up my windows hello pin, I get a message pop saying I need to download an app from the app store (I have never had this before). And even when I click to go the store, it says no results can be found.

Up until a week ago my PIN had been working fine, as did my facial recognition. But one day I switched them on and they no longer existed.

Any help is greatly appreciated

    Hello,

    Do you have a password added to your account? If not, I suggest you to add password first and then try to setup PIN. See if that helps.

    Hi,
    Windows Hello won't simply disappear, please make sure to sign in to your PC with the same account.

    Also what error were reported when trying to signing in to the Feedback Hub app?
