Can not configure the properties and other settings of Hyper-V in VMM 2016.

Hi,
We had a problem. We want to add a server into our S2D cluster. In S2D cluster，we can see that node has been added into the cluster. In VMM 2016, We find this new node is in pending status in "VMs and services". We click this node and choose add to the host, then the pending status of this node disappear, but we right-click this node. All the settings are grey, we can't configure this node.
Then we find this node didn't exist in the fabric. But when we try to click "add resource", but when we search this server in Discovery scope,we can not find this server. it seems the serve is in our VMM 2016，but we can't see this node in fabric.
So What's the problem of us? Why we can't add this server to the VMM and why we can't configure these settings.

@standuhuajun , From your description, I know that all the settings are grey on the node after we add into S2D cluster. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

For the step to add cluster node in VMM, when we check it under Jobs. was it show completed?

If the task is already completed. please try the following actions to see if the issue can be fixed:

Right click the cluster and choose refresh.

Restart the node to see if the result will be different.

I will try your method later. thank you.
Now we have remove this node from S2D. And I try to add this node into VMM in fabric. But it seems failed. So how to remove this node in the vmm now?

@standuhuajun , Maybe we can try the PowerShell command Uninstall-SCVMHostCluster with VMHost parameter to remove a node from a cluster.

Now we didn't add this node to any cluster. I try to run the command to remove this hyper-v host(remove-scvmhost -vmhost "cnsh-00hpv22" -force -confirm). But it prompts "The term 'remove-scvmhost' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program." So how can I remove this node from SCVMM?

Import-module virtualmachinemanager

I tried this method. But it didn't work. It shows:
PS C:\Windows\system32> Import-module virtualmachinemanager

Hi,

According to your non-microsoft link, we can not find the location of psd1 file.

We have tried to open powershell in VMM, but it still didn't work.

@standuhuajun , Fro the link we provided, it shows that the issue can be caused by applocker. We can check if there's any applocker configured in our environment. and see what blocks our module. For the location, it depends, so it is not the same.
