Hiding or removing ScriptResource.axd and WebResource.axd

Hi everyone,

I'm responsible for SharePoint infra system at my work. Our security teams send an email to remove or hide ScriptResource.axd and WebResource.axd files from SharePoint portals. Is is possible for SharePoint. Removing these files is "not recommended"?

How can i remove or hide these files.
