Issue while activating azure for students

Greetings,
I tried to activate the Azure for students with my .edu email, I followed the process, and got an error saying "Unable to confirm your University ID"
It's the same email I'm using to access other tools like office 365, microsoft teams, etc.
So what should I do now? thanks in advance.
