Why would generating scripts from a server database standard edition and a mobile device database express edition with the same parameters for generating the script produce different results for the same database? Any help is appreciated.

How did you generate script for database objects? Right click database->Tasks-> Generate script for database objects? Same database on same version and different edition? The output of scripts are different? Did I misunderstood? How did you confirm the two database are same?
