    Hi There,

Error: User account 'abcd@harsh.com .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '0000000000000000000000'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. '

Solution: you need to add those users mail ids from which the users wanted to get access to the application.

How to add?: Go to Azure AD (same tenant from which application was registered) -> Users -> Invite Users -> Fill basic details like name, email -> click on Invite/Add.

    Now, Issue was resolved.
