因为最近在使用.NET写项目，最近上级要求激活机制，但是这个问题就很麻烦了，在线激活我们可以学习Windows的KMS，但是离线怎么回事就不知道了，还请微软官方权威解释下。
我很好奇的是：
1.Windows机器假设有1000台，如果假设永不联网，时间正确，那么Key是如何判断激活次数的呢？
2.在1的基础上如何跟电脑的信息进行强类型绑定，就是重装系统或更改硬件仍保持激活状态，但是copy到另一台相同电脑就会失效。
3.在1和2的基础上，如果微软发现滥用Key，又是怎样在离线的情况下，使得该Key失效的？
我只是求个详细的思路和实现方法，至于.NET的开发问题会解决的，尽管回答吧。

- On the basis of 1, how to perform strong type binding with computer information, that is, reinstalling the system or changing hardware still remains active, but copying to another same computer will fail.
- On the basis of 1 and 2, if Microsoft finds that the key is misused, how can the key be invalidated when it is offline?
I'm just asking for a detailed idea and implementation method. As for the development problems of .NET, I will answer them.
