Licence to create live events in microsoft teams for 5000 attendees

Question

We need to create live events which will be attended by approx. 5000 students. While trying to create a live event I got to know that we need a A3 licence. We need to know how many user licences we need buy for this purpose ?

I have the link below with all the details in order to set it up.
You just need the organizer to be license with Teams, Stream and Exchange Online.
From there you can choose your Presenters.
