Document share to employees in field by phone. Is there software or app for this?

I work in construction, I need to send safety training material, company updates and documents for signature from my PC to their mobile phones.
Is there software or and app for that?

    Hello @Troy Chaudoin . I would suggest you look into something like setting up a SharePoint VM and then install the 3rd party SigningHub product.
