Skype for Business iphone app won't log in anymore

I was told to post my question here from an expert on the community forum. My skype for business app on my iphone won't let me log in anymore. I get the error 'we can't sign you in. Please check your account details, advanced options and try again.' every time. I've tried reinstalling the app, changing the advanced options, clearing data, etc., and troubleshooting from all the articles with similar login issues to no avail. It's still the same login error.

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Can you sign in Skype for Business client on Windows or Android normally?

    Have you tried to change another account to login in Skype for Business app?
