I use BlueTooth almost everyday, but, today, it seems like I can't. When I tried to connect from BT to my headphones, it didn't work. It said "BlueTooth is turned off.". Okay, so I just have to turn on, I though. I open the right panel where it shows notifications to turn it on, but there is no BT symbol. I used the "Get help." from Windows configuration and asked the bot if I have BlueTooth radio, it said "I didn't detect a Bluetooth radio on your device.", and asked if I had BT before. I had it, yes. It says they can't figure out if I even had it. I don't know what to do now. I searched on google and someone had the same problem, but it seems he didn't find out how to solve it.

Might check the pc or hardware manufacturer for later ROM bios / cmos setup, also check the chipset has been installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

    Hi
You can follow the steps to check and start the Bluetooth service again on the laptop:

    • Press Windows+R keys to open Run. Type “servces.msc” without quotes and hit Enter.
    • From the list of services, locate the Bluetooth Support Service and Bluetooth Service.
    • Right click on the Bluetooth Support Service and then click on Properties.
    • Check if the service is running. If not, start the service and change the Startup type to Automatic.
    • Follow the same steps to start the Bluetooth service and change the startup type to Automatic.

    Best regards.
