On 4/9, my Google Chrome froze so I decided to restart my computer. Only option was to update and restart. After the update and restart, the sign-in screen says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available." Only login option available was my password. I tried every single password I ever used for my Microsoft account, even reset the password from my phone, but it was incorrect even though I was able to login on my phone. I tried to uninstall the update, open the command prompt, but need my password to do this. Now I am locked out of my computer because of this latest update.

Hello,
When it says 'Something happened and your PIN isn’t available', does it say 'Click to set up your PIN again.' as well? If yes, you can use that to create new PIN.
In case if it doesn't mentions 'Click to set up your PIN again', try enabling legacy boot and see if that helps.
Or you can give another chance to change your password and see give some hours and check if new password is accepted on your system.
Regards.
just like mine? I am having an issue with @1and1webmail.
