Free exam not given

Hello I have a microsoft learn account and it is john.moore@CSPSycor.onmicrosoft.com and I have an account linked to it which is johnmooreit@Stuff .com and I completed the challenge for the free exam back in october and I never received my free exam. I never got any of the emails for it or anything and the emails were supposed to go to my anonymized@USER account and they never did so I need help collecting my free exam and having that linked to my learn account so I can schedule my AZ-104 exam please and thank you. my name is John Moore and This needs to be handled because my work requires I have this to stay microsoft partnered.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
