Well i can create a server on localhost but problem is nobody can enter server while using my actual server ip. So i am saying this again, might my server's ip be corrupted?
I strongly think my server's ip could be different than it looks.

I'd try asking for help over here with application configuration.

Pal, i do strongly know everything about minecraft server adminstration. Again, i am saying, i CAN run server on localhost but nobody can enter running server while using my server's looking actualy IP adress. That is the problem. So i am saying, could my server's ip (virtual machine ip) be different than it looks?
