SCOM 2016 will not reconnect DB

Hi All,

Recently we migrated SCOM DB into separated DB server, we found when there have network disconnect or DB server reboot. SCOM management server will not automatically re-connect to the DB server and got the follow event ID.

Is there have any option or setting we can do to solve this issue?
