Power components Grayed out

I have Visual Studio Community 2019 Version 16.8.4 / VB.Net, Power Packs is listed in Toolbox, but all the following components in Power Packs are grayed out: PrintForm, Rectangle, Oval Shapes. 55992-power-packs-grayed-out.jpg55906-target-framework.jpg
Not sure what to do from this point.

    Hello,

    There are no plans for the library to be updated for VS2019/.NET 5. Also, there is no support for this library which means no updates to .NET 5 and higher. This means your options are to use .NET Framework rather than .NET Core or find a third party library with the same or similar functionality.

    Thank you for your reply. Installed.NET Framework 4.8, it does not show up in the Target Framework List.
