Service Manger Data warehouse jobs error

Question

Dears,

I have an issue with SCSM version 1807, SCSM DW jobs stuck with status failed or not started

I had followed these three links with no avail

after that tried to unregister SCSM-DW and register it again, also with no avail

then create a new SCSM-DW server from scratch and register it, also with no avail

please advice me what should I do ?
