Hi, I am trying to install a Ricoh SP211 printer driver on my Window 10. The installation requires me to add it manually in "Add a Printer" and choose USB001 in "Use an existing port" but the USB001 is missing and I cant complete the installation. I saw several forum saying that USB001 will automatically create itself after printer driver installation but I can't install my printer driver because USB001 is missing.

If you add the printer via control panel > select the "My printer wasn't listed" option > select the "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings" > "Create a new port", it will give you the option to create this port and then add the driver to it

Let me know if this helps
