Visual Studio Installation error - Log file

I am trying to reinstall Visual Studio 2019 on my computer, and upon completion of the installation, an error message reads "there are some errors..."
The Log file shows a Registry key that has no permission, which is the reason for the errors.
I tried changing the owner for the specific Registry Key that showed "No permission", to resolve the problem, and the installation continued, but got stuck on another Registry Key. Again, I changed the owner and continued, and the log file recommended to delete the Visual Studio folder and reinstall VS, which I did, but a new problem came up, in a totally different area of the Registry, with one of the Registry Keys.
I have not been able to grant permission to this Registry key showing the error.
The message reads "Unable to set new owner on 6B1FO998088F37E42A9DA716F1C4831A" Access is denied.

    I Update the computer with all windows updates
    and the promblem is fixed
