Hi,

Recently we have added approvals (flow) apps to our teams so the users can go to teams and select the pending approvals and approve them.

The data is stored in the SharePoint list, upon submission an approval action starts and approvers can approve them either from their outlook email or teams by selection approvals.

Its working as expected but when in teams the alignment is all messed up. ie no line breaks or or formatting etc. But outlooks it is showing as expected.

Any advise is greatly appreciated

    Hi @Kannan Ahammed ,

Currently, per my test, some specific markdown in Start and wait for an approval action details doesn’t work well for Approvals in Teams.

“\r” is not the markdown in Power Automate approval requests, so it will not be available.

    Thanks @Li Zhang_MSFT ,

So Can we confirm that the formatting (such as newline, bold etc.) is not yet available on teams yet?
