Hi,
I wanted to login as an admin to print the invoices for my business account but it says I don't have the permission. I am the only user and the only admin. Can anybody help?

@Claudia Maur , From your description, it seems one admin center is unable to access. Could you confirm if it is our Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center which is for Intune to manage MDM and MAM?

Sorry for late response. I tried to access via https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home?ref=subscriptions/webdirect/5e3a2cee-5627-42f5-9b8a-e1287a3672db to download invoices.
After reading your comment and logged in to Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. I could login but on the Dashboard it says everywhere I should contact admin to access any of the features. How do I authorise myself as an admin?
btw...I have switched from Gmail to MS, never worked with MS before. So this is all very new for me and so far seems to be very complicated and thinking about to switch again.
Please also note I am a MacUser.

In case you are the administrator for this tenant and you see this message, you will have to contact Microsoft Support with your details and they would be able to investigate the issue.
In case someone else is managing your account, you should contact him/her.
@Claudia Maur , For the portal you provided, it seems to be Microsoft 365 admin center portal, Not Intune related. Here, I have do some research, I think we could contact the personal who has admin permission in the business to help you on this:
