This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am trying to install this update on Windows 8.1 x64bit. The auto install feature failed, got to about 96%, then I got a message that it was unable to complete, and was undoing changes. I manually downloaded the file and tried to run it, but again, the installation fails. For both, I am getting Error Code 800F0922. I tried running the troubleshooter. No luck. I also followed another recommendation from this website to rename software distribution backup folders. Nope. Not sure what else I can do; I'm not super savvy with things, and I don't want to get into messing with things I shouldn't be messing with...any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
