CM Windows 10 Offline Servicing

I run Offline Servicing monthly for my Windows 10 image on SCCM. This process has been flawless. This month, the process is taking a lot longer than it normally does.

Last month, per the OfflineServingMgr.log, the process starts and I see Copying (25% complete)... followed by (Copying 50% complete..., and so on and so forth. These processes typically take no more than 2 minutes to get to 100% complete. Today I see Copying (25% complete)... and then nothing for 20 minutes. I am going to leave it run, but I have no idea why this process is taking so long.

Any idea where I can start the troubleshooting process? I rebooted the SCCM server once and get the same results. DISM.log does not show me much. I feel like this is a networking issue, but not sure.

Thoughts?

    Do you service the same Media each month?
    I'd suggest importing a new Windows Media from the latest Windows Media you can download via VLSC, then servicing that media, which has never been serviced before.

    If you want to try another route, using a Community tool that adds additional functionality, you can look at a couple of tools:

    @Matt Dillon
    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    Based on my experience, when we see "Copying (25% complete)..." in OfflineServingMgr.log, this is the process that SCCM copies your WIM to a temporary folder or the new WIM gets copied back to its original location.
    So what's the size of your windows 10 image? And is it also very slow if you try to copy it manually to a temporary folder?

    Like I mentioned, I have done this every moth for a while with no issues. The WIM eventually finished updating, but the copy process seemed to be very slow. There were some firewall changes made recently as well as Cisco AMP was upgraded so I am leaning on one of those items. I was just looking for some guidance on where to even troubleshoot.
