Azure Analysis Services and Excel - Maximum Page Size of the Storage Object

I am unable to query an Azure Analysis Services model from Excel. I receive the following error:

Memory error: A record (99909 bytes) was encountered that exceeds the maximum page size of the storage object (65528 bytes).

Is there a setting I can use to increase the maximum page size?

The model itself processes fine and can be queried via Power BI Desktop without issue.

Thanks!

    @GaryLock-9707
    Do you use Office 32-bit?
    If so, please install Office 64-bit to check this issue. The 32-bit environment is subject to 2 gigabytes (GB) of virtual address space.

    From the perspective of Excel, we could not increase some Excel specifications and limits.

    Hi @GaryLock-9707,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thanks for posting the query.

    Please check this document for memory limitations on Excel and possible alternatives to overcome this issue. 32-bit Excel have more limitations compared to 64bit and also 2016 version of the Excel has enhanced memory capabilities. In addition to this, please check if there are multiple excel documents opened which might consume more memory.

    Please let us know for further queries and we will be glad to assist.
