Linkedin marketing API forecast results based on Target cost

Hello,

I was using linkedin marketing API and try to get the forecast results based on the target cost bid and didn't found any parameter to pass the target cost value when i try to pass target cost bid in competingBid parameter it's showing error as

call failed since target cost is required for target CPX and a valid TARGET_COST optimizationTargetType is required for target CPX. Bid must be null too.

and i was passing optimizationTarget as TARGET_COST_PER_CLICK and using bidType as CPC

Is there any API call to get list of UGC posts based on the media category (image or video)link

Can anyone help me to solve this
