I can't access my student dashboard

Good day

I am having problems accessing my dashboard when I want to schedule an exam, I tried using IE 10 and Edge also deleted the cookies but the problem persist. I have been trying since last week. I spoke with Pearson VUE agent she said it might be your server having a problem. I want to access my dashboard so that I can access my voucher and book for an exam.
