Hello

How to set up a Virtual Machine in Microsoft Azure Cloud?

I have a complicated problem because I have Trojan viruses on my local hard disk with Windows 10.

No antivirus application positively removes these viruses - which is installed from the direct Microsoft Windows 10 Pro operating system. Built-in anti-virus application Microsoft Defender - does not detect all infected files on hard drive in Microsoft Windows 10 Pro. I am asking for a precise answer whether it is possible to create a Virtual Microsoft Windows 10 Pro System in the Microsoft Azure Cloud in the Cloud and is it possible to connect to local hard drives in the Laptop on which I have the Microsoft Windows 10 Pro operating system from the Azure Cloud then is it possible to run a scan of local hard drives from the Azure Cloud - i.e. from running Windows 10 Pro in the Azure Cloud and is it possible to effectively remove viruses in this operating system on the local hard drive in the Laptop?

I need to use the Windows Defender ATP technology that is built into Defender included in Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprice E5 boxed version. I am asking for a guide, what should I do first to put Enterprice E5 in Microsoft Azure Cloud?

Encryption of a disk does not prevent Trojan Virus attacks/infections. At least not if the OS is started from this USB drive. During the boot phase the USB stick will be decrypted the stick(disk to access the data on the stick/disk. And if the stick/disk is decrypted there is no protection against access by Trojan Viruses.
Disk encryption, no matter of USB Stick or disks, are protecting against data access but not against viruses.

Yes you can create a windows 10 pro virtual machine in azure just search for windows 10 pro and there will be options to install a windows 10 pro vm.. I do not think you can scan your computer from the azure virtual machine but if the trojan is that hard to remove it probably would not be a good idea to risk infecting the virtual machine.

You have 2 options to get rid of the trojan. First create a bootable antivirus rescue usb drive on a clean computer. Boot from the usb drive and see if you can clean the trojan. There are a few options from companies like AVG, AVIRA, etc. that have rescue usb images. The other option is to reimage the computer or format and reinstall windows 10 pro.

As far as I know it's not possible to map a drive/volume of a local computer to an Azure VM as an additional volume.
The mapping of a local drive in a RDP session to your Azure VM doesn't help. It's ok for copying files but it's not a volume or mount point to run a proper AV scan on an Azure VM.

Get your data backed up of you local machine and reinstall Win10 on your local computer from the beginning might be your best option.
Or give it a try with a bootable antivirus rescue usb drive like vb2ae wrote above.

Hello dear vb2ae. Thank you for your reply. And you can't create a new Microsoft Windows 10 Pro operating system in an isolated Cloud environment? I am now writing from your community from Encrypted Linux to USB.

By writing in isolated, I mean logging into Microsoft Azure via an encrypted USB drive - from Linux.

Does logging from the Linux system that I installed on the USB drive - this drive additionally encrypted against viruses - give me additional protection against Trojan virus attacks?

Welcome Dear Andreas. He is grateful for your reply. Please send me confirmation - to my question. If at the moment I have an encrypted USB drive on which I have Linux - does it mean that I have additional protection against Trojan virus attacks? I am currently using the latest version of Kali Linux and I have created a system disk encryption to protect against Trojan viruses.
