Password modalità provvisoria

Salve, ho attivato la modalità provvisoria sul computer per un problema quasi risolto, ma quando accedo al mio account utente mi dice ''Password non corretta''.
Ho provato a cambiare password e a fare tutto ciò che si poteva fare, ma non ho risolto.
Mi aiutate?

Hi,

Did you use your Microsoft account password or PIN? Try creating a local Administrator account and logging in with it.

Anyway I entered the microsoft password and it doesn't work.
