Fu 1909 is failing after the first reboot

FU 1909 gets apply and when you reboot the machine ask for Bitlocker Pin, after entering the pin machine goes into Recovery Mode.

When you tell the machine to go into windows in loading the windows but it's still 1809.

I have updated BIOS, System Drivers

    What's the system build on Windows 10 1809? Please run "winver" to check build number.
    Also please check other working well devices (1 or 2) system build number.
    What VPN connection using on that 2 devices, Microsoft VPN, Cisco AnyConnect VPN or others?

    We could try to use these following methods to solve the problem:

    1. A machine certificate based VPN connection that can be fired up by the task sequence
    2. An standalone media task sequence

    @lalajee Did you ever get a reply from MS?
    I am having the same issue lol... test enviroment works fine, new imaged systems update from 1909 to 21H2 w/o issue.
    machines out in the field are doing this... even tho I have same updated bios and drivers
