Widow Update won't install.

I can't install the following update, 2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951). Is it necessary to update it? if not how can stop it from bothering me or my pc?

    In order to improve system’s security and stability, we should install the latest cumulative update.

    If you couldn’t install this KB4549951, try the following steps:

    1.Run Windows Update troubleshooter.

    2.Make sure computer has installed the latest SSU KB4552152.

    3.Manually install KB4550945 https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4550945, Skip KB4549951

    4.If still fail, reset Windows Update components and check for update again https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/windows-update-resources

    I checked the update history and there's no history of KB4552152. What do I do now?

    it's showing KB4552152 is already installed. Im also getting windows 10 version 1909 failed install with code " 0x8007007e".
