I'm not really sure if this is where I should be posting, please read and point me in the right direction

Ok so I ran windows update last night for the next cumulative update for windows version next is what it said. Well now I can no longer access any of my apps that I downloaded from the microsoft store, I cannot open microsoft store, I cannot open the feedback hub which is where I normally would have posted this. But since I cannot access it I wasnt sure where to post this. They open or at least act like it and then flash right back off. Every single time. I have already ran DISM restore health, rebooted and all that great jazz. Please help I have to be able to access my apps.

    Hi

    Can you revert back your build ?

    Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Here you will see Go back to an earlier build section, with a Get started button.

    If that dont work, please backup your computer and reinstall would be the best advise.
