Linking private account and corporate account gives error

I am trying to register for certification exam using the voucher code generated and emailed on my work email. However, I get below error
Error AAL01: Could not complete account linking operation

    Hi @Anita Singh , please try the following:

    · Sign-out from the browser

    · Clear cache

    · Delete cookies

    · Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or

    · try on a different browser and redeem the offer using the email address that was used to register for the training.
