An account was created in azure AD. The administrator used a custom domain name. Now the password is not remembered.
However, the password reset function was not set up, and now there is no way to go in.

If you are unable to log in, you must contact your administrator to reset your password. Once you are able to log in again, sign up for Self Service Password Reset to ensure that you can reset your password later. If your organization does not have other administrators, contact support.

    You should be able to reset the password for the user account if you log in with a global administrator account. Either on https://portal.microsoft.com or https://portal.azure.com

    However, if your only account is the global admin account and you have forgotten that password without setting up SSPR, you will have to contact Microsoft support and will only get access if you give detailed and correct information to the support engineer about the tenant you have setup.
